Our Land,

Our property is the land of the previously active Eftenia Thermal Hotel, located within the boundaries of Hacıyakup Village in Gölyaka district of Düzce, which holds many beauties within its captivating nature, and is near the Efteni Lake Bird Sanctuary.

It consists of two parcels,

Total: 18,630.58 m2.

1. Parcel, Block 105-Parcel 113: 15,481.94 m2

On this land, there was previously a 4-story building totaling 6,754 m2, comprising a hotel, indoor pool, restaurant, and meeting hall. The building was demolished in 2021 for a different project, and our parcel is now completely vacant.

2. Parcel, Block 130-Parcel 12: 3,148.64 m2

There is a 4-story building with a total area of 2,035 m2. As it has not been used for a long time, it requires renovation.

It is zoned for tourism facility (Thermal Tourism).

The thermal water source is next to our land.
